MINIMUM CHECK IN AGE:
21 YEARS

In order to accommadate our out-of-town guest,
 our policy is that we DO NOT rent rooms
 to anyone living within a 25 mile radius.
(An exception will be considered for hospital related issues)

  in order for phone to be turned on.
